Brand new in box.  Bought them but they didn't fit.  I thought they ran big but these are true to size so if you wear a size 12.5 you are in luck.  These shoes are awesome, very comfortable if you get the right size.  The BOA system really snugs up the shoes to your feet and the velcro strap secures you in for your ride.  These are flats.  Note: the pictures are of another pair of these that I'm also selling.  They are exactly the same item and same condition, just a different size.  I had to go with a size 13.
